I'm thinking something in the range of ~30-40 million. Too high?

I would imagine thats high. that doesnt strike me as even more than 15mil. if the res was 75+ maybe your pushing 20. but i dont think any monks would buy that at 30m. like i said, try 10-15 and i bet it will sell.

As a side note if you are thinking for DH, i bought a DH armor, without the res all, that had 170dex base, vit, int, and 3 sockets. bought for 3.3mil. so you are aiming at monk tanked with that item.

Grats! and i'm not surprised, since the armour is close to perfect(relatively speaking) for a monk who is stacking arcane res.
