Found an item I can't wear , yet I meet the req

It's no biggie , I came here to file a bug report , can I only do that on blizzard's site ?

I was questing on my wizard , she is lvl 60 and a rare lvl 59 wizard helm dropped . Its got a lock on the icon of the helm .

No idea why , its class specific and I'm overlevelled for it

This is an unofficial site, so the people who handle bug reports probably don't watch this site. You should post in the bug report forum on the official battle.net site.

This is a known issue and has been reported to the devs. The highest level AP on crit affix incorrectly has a level requirement of 61. For some reason this doesn't show up for you if you view the item's tooltip from your inventory (creating the confusion), but if you link the item in the chat and then view its tooltip from there you'll see the real level requirement.
