For GC Rolling... Wat About Cows?

is the NM cow level one of the "late NM places"? IF it is I have to say yay for finding GCS and flawless/ reg gems! lol like 20-25 every run, and just MOWED down with zon... made like 5 pnb alone in the last week, but I cant remember if I got the gcs from the cow lvl or not... >,<

I myself have found skillers in the nm cow level, so you could roll charms from there in hopes of making one. You'd just have miss out on some of the higher suffixes as opposed to a baal charm, but obviously they are easier to find.

if you did hell pits (not too many Lit immunes, a few) then the GCs that drop there are ilvl 85, which is pretty high, and can get MOSt of the mods that can make your GC godly, like up to +40 or 45 life. Everything in there seems to die faster than hell cows. the downside is not so many gcs drop down there. It is also one of the better places to find elites, such as andy's visage etc.

most of all, my merc has a better chance of surviving down in the pits than in hell cows, lol. nm cows just dont drop enough stuff to me. I need tomake a char to be at NM level, so he can scout nm games for me to cow in and get more drops than 1 player.

Up to 40 life. The 41-45 life suffix is only available on charms from Baal, Nihlathak, and Diablo.

While I'd prefer pits myself (overall you'll get better loot), I believe a NM cow charm will stand a higher chance at rolling any skiller than even a hell baal charm, simply due to less overall possibilities on the NM grand.

I'm sure on the math, but I'm not sure because I don't know all the possible outcomes.

NM Cows is a good place to run for charms in general. Cows have a good chance to drop charms, they can be killed in large quantities quickly, and they drop ilvl 64 items. That is high enough for skillers (with up to +35 life), and also just high enough for the highest +life, +mana and +MF small charms.
