For all you n00bs who want to know War Cry Dmg

- Typical Hoto/Ss - Char Lvl 85 - War Cry Lvl ~43 = 1600 - 1700 physical damage.

Note: Yes, War Cries are block able in Pvp.
Note #2: Yes, War Cry is physical damage so DR ("# Damage Reduced %") does effect how much damage a player takes.

- Typical Hoto/Hoto - Char Lvl 85 - War Cry Lvl ~46 = 1800 - 1900 physical damage.

Those are what good singers do, that’s what my singer does.
Peace,
-AlmightyBlade

Nice info and all but was the use of the word n00b required? it is a nice way to start a flame war.

Maybe you should get a litle bit more post then 4 before using such a tc language,,,even with more then 2000 u will still look like a 6 years old kid.

Beware of such attitude in the future, mods dont tollerate this kind of behaviour.

What's the point of registering to a forum if you are just going to start flaming people on your first few posts? What a waste. It would be even more of a shame if your user name was even slightly original.

almightyblade seems like an archetypal example of how one should lurk in forums for a bit before coming in and shooting one's mouth off.

I haven't posted much, but I've lurked long enough to know that random use of "noob" is, well, a noob thing to do in these forums. :xrollseye

geez what a n00b :uhhuh:
if you changed the thread name to something like:' some pvp singerfacts' or 'rate my singer's dmg'.
instead a brag thread saying how good you are, and that others are nabs.

OHMIGODZ SOE MY SINGAH IS ULTRA LEET CUZ HE DEELZ 1932-1978 WEN IN HOTO/HOTO MODEZ AN 1794-1840 WEN HOTO/SS??????+

Seriously dude, what's up with the attitude? I think most people here knew the War Cry damage tables - ChippyDib's skill site isn't unknown, heh. Don't we already have a PvP War Cry guide-thread? Maybe having posted the information in there would have been better, and less likely to draw flame/spam - the post title would have been easier to overlook. ;)

This doesn't tell us "noobs" anything.

Warcry can range through any of these amounts:
Code:
20-30
21-31
22-33
23-35
24-37
25-39
26-36
26-39
.
.
.
1978-2024
2024-2070
2070-2116
etc
It's all dependent on the slvl and synergies of the warcry. Whether they are worth getting compared to a 400+ warcry with other great skills in your setup is questionable. You can beat the game with much lower damage, infact 1000 is my marker for Hell damage if a build can meet or exceed 1000 damage I consider it good enough to take on Hell.

What's so typical about Hoto/SS and Hoto/Hoto just because 100's of people use that setup? That doesn't mean its the best nor its as effective as a much simpler cheaper design, just that its used and suggested by many people. Would you be surprized that I have used a hexfire on a elemental druid build? Just because Hoto is suggested doesn't mean its the only option other items can be much much better. If I could find a +3 elemental club of fissures (a blue item) my dual elemental druid would be quite pleased and would forego many other choices like a Hoto.

PvP is not about equipment and damage amounts so much as about player skill with their build. Be unique for once and come up with a kick arse build that no one else has and everyone has trouble beating. Then leave the world of the noob, by foregoing your noobness.

Although i agree that the term "noob" shouldn't be so casually thrown about but i just wanted to take this oppertunity to say that i totally disagree with this "High post count" concept that someone's knowledge is reflected by their post counts. It doesn't really matter if you have 100000000000+ posts, as it means absolutely diddly squat.

Ash would probably be one of the first to tell you that if he about and he almost got around that number!

Nah, I don't have a connection on my D2 computer other than dial up and that has far to much lag on it, for any multiplay at all. I would however, play dual elemental druid (wrote the guide on that build), defencive paladins, passive barb (My original build, pure masteries build, though he would fall over and over), ranged enchantress, and any of my pure builds (single tree only), storm ranger paladin has been sparking some interest with me as well.

I play all character classes but favor assassins (they are the most versitile).
After 4 years of playing, I have many builds and idea on how to play them, most of all I enjoy a challenging build, cookie cutters are for noobs.
