Can this blue claw be of any use for some particular build?

It's +43 max dmg for Evisceration mod by the way.

would dpend on the plus skills.
no ED% mod, and it's normal, it's not really a phys damage weapon.
do you mean for like lld or what?

Nah I was trying to shop a Fool's GT of Quickness and I came across this and not entirely sure whether I should depose of it. Now I think I will, thank you very much.

nothing really if it had pure fools mods i/e ar/by lvl and ofc max/dmg by lvl this could be used on wwbased sins
