Followed hybrid guide now need suggestions

Ok so I followed the Hybrid guide, it was great, thanks. But i have a few questions.

What is my Fpa and IAS is it maxed? how is my FRW and is there a shield I can use to get FRW up?

Critical: 30
Penetration: 30
Doge: 19
Avoid: 16
Evade: 19
Multi: 13
1 into pre reqs and decoy.

Do i need Valkryie? This is a PVP build. What about Strafe? How much further should I pump up the dodges? Does multi need more?

My EQ:
120/45 Bone Visage 45 IAS
GM Faith Bow: Fanat 12/ +2/+3
Fortitude AP
Wartravs/Sanders boots sanders gives me 40% frw and nice dex Which boot should i stick with?
2x ravens
Cat's eye 20 IAS 30FRW
Nosferatu's 10
+pass skill/20ias/knockback/cold damage?/ gloves

about 8, 3% frw sc's
20x 20lifers about

I have about 1100 life with just eq on no BO

450 DEX
120 Vit
108 Str
49 energy

How is my build? Decent IAS wise, how can i get it up more

You're not hitting 7 fpa, your fanaticisms needs to be 13 to hit it with 95 ias. Set glove+boot combos can get it for you, but you'd loose kb.

Valk and decoy is good vs some opponents, they may give you a moment longer before the opponent targets you, enough for a few GA's sometimes. They can also take a FoH each for you if you're lucky.

Multi looks fine, dodges well not sure, only gaining 1 percent each two levels now? That's where I'd stop.

Strafe is not a good pvp skill, the arrows can easily be sidestepped and you yourself will stand still for to long while preforming it.

There is no shield with FRW.

Sanders are pretty terrible. Almost any other set boots would be preferable. Aldur's is 30FRW with resist and Nat's is 40FRW with 2 resists. But honestly, I would get rare or crafted that you can easily get better mods.
