FO or CM ?

FO or CM ?

Hi All,

Just a quick question....

My fire sorc has 7 points in FO and 1 point in CM. I was wondering, where should I be investing points? More into CM? or more into orb?
(I currently have no items contributing +skills to the cold tree)

I'm fining the damage output of orb in hell to be a bit insufficient, so i'm after my best "bang for my buck".

You should probably put it into orb. Since your making meteor orb you will only really use orb on fi and to freeze/slow down crowds. If they are fi chances are is that their cr wont be that high. Your orb should be able to do fine. This is also better for later on when you do get some plus skills.

FO is your choice

CM does not increase dmg at all it reduces enemy cold resistance. if you wanna boost dmg go for FO especially if you want to be successful in hell.

Well if you reduce your oponents resistance you're effectively increasing your dmg.

Thats what I figured. And increasing by 5% per level (after the initial 30% for the first point), it doesnt seem worth it.
