Flying Cockroaches?!?!?!?! Well, I was in Sri-Lanka, my "home town," and I was walking down in a mall, and decided to go to the washroom, and there it was, a huge (all most as big as a cell phone) ugly roach. But no worries, I gave it a good stomp... but it didn't die. It ran towards me and crawled up my shoe and went into my pants rapidly (for it's size). I was yelling and trying to shake it out and for my luck it fell out. So in my disgust and anger, I gave it another stomp. It layed there for about twenty seconds and then flew... yes a giant flying roach. I thought I was hallucinating. I never knew or even imagined that roaches flew, and the speed was just amazing. It flew away from two stomps but it probably lost half it's insides as there was a heap of mush and fluids left on the floor. When I went to tell my friends, they didn't believe me. This must me a tropical asian roach with "wings" or can all roaches fly? I never saw a roach fly in Canada. Or am I just to stupid to realize that all roaches can fly? Man this is scary and confusing.
