    Flameshifter

Just a quick guide for anyone who wants to try it.

Hand of Justice Berserker Axe + Dragon Monarch = stacked Holy Fire.

    Plus Fire Claws.

You can do the rest of the math.

Okay, Phase Blade then. What matters is the HoJ.

I tested one of these out on single player and got around 7000 fire damage per hit.

Now, if you could get a Sorceress to Enchant you...

you would still be better off goin with a faster weapon for fireclaws too get more damage out of hittin more a lot faster in my opinion , such as a 6 sok pb with 5x shael + 15ias /mod jewel. or wa sit 4 shael, 2 15 ias jewels? someone else can clear it up me thinks.

the holy fire arua stack would still be pretty weak too.

Dream, Dragon, and HoJ runewords really only shine with either sorceress masteries and/or Conviction aura. Infinity merc will help a lot. Still, pure fireclaws without Dragon/HoJ and other good gear instead is what I would prefer.

fireclaws is fine on it's own

sounds like you need some +1 shapeshifting skillers, or need to learn how to build one right

For damage comparasion, a 4 frame fire claw swipe {from a bear}, with average +skill gear {about lvl 41}, is about 16k damage.

To get 4 frames with a bear you need 110%ias in a phase blade. If you just want the speed, 6x shaels works. If your wanting to invest this in dueling, try 4x shael + 2 ias jewels with either +ar {up to 100 per jewel}, or +res all {up to 15 per jewel}.

And if you have two groovy jewels...dont waste it in a plain phase blade~~

Mine was 4xshael, 15ias/13resists, 15ias/76ar... something like that. Either way, HOJ is too slow unless you're fury.

It's a cute idea, but not effective because any aura damage is neglibible without conviction in hell... or nightmare really. You could make an Auradin sorta Fury wolf with Infinity, maybe? It'd sorta be in-between fury wolf&fireclaw.

The way I see it, there's like two routes you can go for fireclaw:
-just go all out +skillz and damage and just assume they'll have 75% resists, so overcompensate it with xtra damage. Put nearly 75-80 points into elementl fire skills (my build)
-go lower damage and use more facets for 4soc armor, jalal, monarch ...or 2hander Thresher with 2facets. Then use xtra points in lycanthropy.

Find a way to use hand of Justice effectively with fury, then I'll think about it.
