Fireclaw Skill on Item?

He is crazy me thinks.
Reason is that even if there ever was a fireclaw skill on an item for all characters to use (wich maybe could happen in extremely rare bugged cases)
then the bear will still not be able to use it unless that skill is on the item providing bear.
Maybe he ment a fire aura pala bear, wich is entirely possible, i think.
