That's real nice. You might mention the dex amount in your post, as it adds a ton to the value

I'd value this piece in the 10-15m range, but it could go for more. I know these are tough to value, because you've essentially got 5 good mods for a fire monk, but I'd try doing searches on 75 All Res/ Has Socket / then alternate dex and vit, trying to get a gauge for what is out there that's similar.
