Fire claw Bear? Stone question

Hey, i dont have to much spare currency for godly gear and im wondering.

Is it good for a fireclaw bear to use stone isntead of COH, because of the molten bold charges? or would your bear be a dump. i just dont know if i can afford the COH at the moment.

I think you could as long as you can get the res up.I have a fire claw and he used a naj's plate cause it was almost like a half a**ed COH it had half ths skillz half the res and it had a small life bonus(65 to life) so as long as you have items that can try to pick up the slack you can pull it off it did for me

Stone is great for a maul/fireclaw hybrid thanks to the free synergy the defence is also amazing since bears can get an above average defence.

don't forget the fhr and minor stats. For the funds involved, its an incredible armor. I have a level 91 pvp mauler/fireclaw bear and using a stone is the best thing i can get at the moment (note that I haven't gotten ahold of a 120 max armor yet). It does free up a lot of charm slots for fhr

Yea, i was relaly thinking about it, but i decided to just sell some of my stuff in use to make a coh.

The syerngy is good though on stone.

the sinergy from stone would be great but... u then cant get to fissure or volcano with out adding to molten boulder thus screwing the charged sinergy bug, soon as u add 1 piont to get to ur other sinergies u loose the bonus form stone :S
