Is this actually plausable - does this skill do enough damage in hell? I know other builds are just plain better, but I have a friend who is doing an iron barb (lots of defence, and concentrate), and I want to make a partner for him. As he is unlikely to be doing much damage, I'd quite like to be able to!
I don't want to do something boring and normal, and while I considered doing a BFury 'sin, I decided against it (want some elemental for those physical immunes, and venom poison ain't quite enough).
Will it work it hell? Also - how much will faster cast rate help me?
