Few Questions from a New Player

Hello all,

Seems there is a lively forum community here that is a bit above the standard level of in-game maturity.

I recently left WoW and am looking for some gamers to play with in D2... I am East Coast, Ladder, not Hard Core.

Not sure how the "recruiting" posts go in this game... but yeah... I played D2 for a year or so... 3 or so years ago... then bounced between some MMOs... and here I am back in D2 again. I'd love to find a "Guild" or "Clan" or whatever it's called here that uses Ventrilo / Teamspeak ... but I'm not sure how realistic that is in this game yet... but would love some feedback on the whole gist of my post if anyone's got the time.

Account name is *brithlem ... I'm maybe 2 days back into game... not looking for handouts... so much as an established group of players to kick around with.

Thanks,
Bri

Pm me if you ever decide to play US West Non-ladder. I use Vent, and i could see what i can do in as far as getting you started with your first char.

I've just gotten back into the game now that I'm taking a semester off from school, account name *pickybastard. This is really my first day back, so we're about on the same level in that regard.

A reply from a picky bastard.... I'll chalk that up as a compliment!

I'll add you to my list of people to follow up with Picky and maybe we can hammer out some NM or Hell questing... I'm almost 70 (forget where I stopped in the 60's) ... gear sucks... but is progressing. Love to find a class to play with that compliments a hdin' pretty well... I'm doing the typical Hdin' act-2-defense-ice-aura-thingie-guy (technical term).

Hit me up... and I'll try to track you down as well,
Bri
