Few basic questions(might be in faqs )

Do both claws IAS effect kick speed or only the main claw?

Is it possible to reach the fastest IAS break points for D TALon with a shaeled Jade Talon and no BOS?

if not would it be possible witha shaeled bartucs?

also i read in the faq that weapon block doesnt work while running...

isnt this supposed to be oen of its main strengths?

The WSM of both claws determine Kick WSM(eg. there is a marked difference when using a Runic Talon <-30 WSM> or a War Fist <10 WSM> on your off-hand. BTW, WSM is averaged between the two claws). However, IAS only applies on your main claw, not your off-hand claw(so, that 50% IAS on your off-hand claw is not going to make an ounce of difference).

WB does not block(or is reduced to a negligible chance, well below 1/3) when running. This is definitely not a mistake.

Neither the shael'ed Bartuc/Jade Talon will get you to DTalon's speed cap. With 0 BoS, you would need would need an additional 20% IAS to hit the speed cap with your shael'ed Bartuc.

soo Would i need to use 2 shaled bartucs or would 1 in main hand be fine with an additional 20% ias off of the helm or amulet?

also in allthe guides etc it says u can block with 2 claws while moving etc
and i think i tsays that somewhere on arreat summit so how is that not a bug?

Like Nali said, while the WSMs of both claws factor into weapon speed, IAS on the 2nd claw does not. So get the extra 20% offweapon.

It doesn't say anything about WB working while moving on the AS--not that that's a good standard for judging what is and isn't a bug anyway.
