Few assassin questions

How fast is BoF? I've heard 6 fpa and 8 fpa
Does CoS or -TD% or ITD work on Bosses?

BoF meaning Blade Fury? Then 6fpa.

As for bosses:
ITD doesn't work on bosses (including Champions).
-TD% works, but there was something about it only working at half the effectiveness. That could only be with act bosses though; I'm not sure.
I'm not sure about CoS. I believe act bosses are immune to it, but I'm not sure.

The 50% penalty to -%defence only applies when it's item based. For instance, an eth socketed in a weapon gives -25% defence normally, but it would be -12.5% vs. bosses.

Skill-based -%defence like CoS always works at full effectiveness. Obviously the blinding part of the skill won't do anything to a boss though.

BoF isnt burst of speed, thats BoS, and im assuming its blade fury since he did mention attack frames.
