fcr or ias for lightning zon?

If my lightning zon's main skills are charged strike and lightning fury, does fast cast rate or increased attack speed govern these skills?

I would say that IAS is what governs how fast you can use those skills. Since they are tied directly to your weapons attacks, each attack triggers the skill, so the faster you attack...
