FCR Cap?

I was fiddling with FCR items this morning and wondered what the cap was on the %. My Lite Sorc has an FCR of 130%(i switched that out for a higher % item, around 150% i think, to see if it would cast faster) but it seems that she casts the same at 120% as she does any higher.
My equip is basically Tals orb with ammy helm and belt which gives me a total of 40%, 2 apprentice rings with are each 10, making it 60%. one Vipermagi which is 30%, making it 90. A Lidless with 20%, making it 110%, and finally magefist with 20$ making it 130%. i then switched out my tals orb for Wizspike, adding only 20% more, making it 150%.(Sorry if i ramble, its 1:16 and im quite fatigued) :sleep: :sleep: :sleep:

See the table here. You can find that after you have collected 105% FCR total no father increase will affect your casting speed until you will collect 200% FCR, which is cap for Sorceresses.
Also, IMHO, you’ll not find any differences between intervals of 7 and 8 frames.

Teleporting is MUCH faster at 7 frames, and some spells (like Nova) will keep enemies in hit recovery more effectively.

Best way to reach it is with spirit, eschuta, griffons, 20% ammy, magefist, arach, viper and one fcr ring. With a nova ormus, I'd go with that and 2 fcr rings.
