FCR BP question

Hello,


I have a question about FCR breakpoints, basically, if BP 1 is 50, and BP 2 is 60, and I have 55 FCR, (in between the two) do I just have the BP 1 speed, or do I cast 55% faster. Also, same question for attack speed.

I'm certain I could find this in a sticky somewhere, but I have a feeling this is just a quick answer, if not, you don't hafta explain the whole thing, just a simple link to the corresponding sticky would be great.
