    Where is the fast cast rate chart? I can't seem to find it under the stickies.

    Thanks. Why hasn't this been stickied under a guide somewhere? It would save a lot of people time (assuming they look through the guides/stickies first).

    say someone has over 37 fcr, but under the next fram down fcr req. Would it even be worth having over 37, does it still make it a little faster?

    No, it would not. You must reach the next breakpoint for any increase at all. This is because the game operates at 25 frames a second. All actions must take an integer of frames to complete. There are no partial frames.
