I keep getting owned in pub pvp games by zons that seam to be jabbing me from off screen. Other players in the game accuse them of using fc, or far cast. I was wondering if this is some hack people have downloaded to gain an unfair advantage, or if they are simply desyncing themselfs then attacking.

Far Cast can be done legitly, but the majority of people who use Far Cast amazons are using a hack to do it. Far Cast is one of the more foolish hacks, given that it makes use of an absorbable attack. If it's really being abused then you can always just add a tgods, wisp and some minor light res stack and they will barely hurt you.

It's simple to do legitly, but if you're constantly getting hit off screen at the speed he's jabbing it's farcast. Most of the time farcast isn't actually a hack, it's a 'client side edit' (iirc).

That definition would apply to almost every single "hack" in the game, especially maphacks.
