I use MB, I hate the idea of sacrificing my belt or sticking with 60ias armor.

hello average - goodbye stupidly considering only max.
As I posted before, the difference in min damage in only 400~, even with massive ed.

So whats your damage with a faith mb azn?

... I guess the damage differs most when theres more ed. I tested it with 500 dex..

Also I'm pretty sure the damage isn't calculated that way.. 3k damage with a wf is way low.
As i DO know its calculated that way i am guessing you dont know how to calculate it especially when you got it wrong.

Heres some simple maths.
average =(min+max)/2
if faith has a min which is x more than wf and if that x is higher than the difference in max then faith does more average.
Average being the true indicator of damage.

Well.. the average damages are:

Faith - 3400~

WF - 3700~

So wf still has higher avrg dmg. But avrg damage isnt everything. A weapon with high max just means that it involves some luck.

Your average damages are unrealistic, not many run about with 500dex and if they do they die quickly. Also you have small dr , you notice that the faith numbers included a 25dr zon, a zero dr faith zon can go higher still.
Anyway who cares? People that think max is better than average are beyond help anyway.

You can use multi just as well with 8 frames.. Ignore def doesn't work in PvP.

As I posted before faith GMB has 1k less damage for 7 frames. You also have to sacrifice all of your gear slots to reach that speed.
hmm who said the ignoring def doesnt work? ive seen people with melee wepons socked it with Eth rune ( gives -25% To Target Defense ).
isnt that the same as ignoring def ? =/

ITD isn't the same as -def.

Most good zons hit 500dex... I don't know what you're talking about with the dr.. All bowazons should have 50 dr on ss switch anyway.

I never said that max is better then average. I just said that average dmg isn't everything.

I already posted my damage if you didn't notice. Just go back a few pages and you will see it.

People are switching from ebotd to grief because theres not much of a difference between grief and ebotd in terms of max damage, while grief does much higher avrg dmg.

Found it azn.. so you would lose over 1k avrg dmg...

Anyway, for faith gmb vs wf it really depends on preference. With fath, you would have a more stable damge then that of a WF.

I wouldn't lose 1k avg damage. Maybe compared to a dexazon, but I am not a dexazon and I have other advantages over a dexazon.

If I were a dexazon however, I would probably lose ~500 avg dmg.

8 frames = 3.13 attacks / second
7 frames = 3.57 attacks / second

Damage per second for Faith then: 12142
Damage per second for WF then: 11562

So the damage is basically the same. What you have to consider though, is that it's sometimes hard to land a hit on someone with or without speed, which is when higher damage is more important then higher speed.

Not when they block 75% of the arrows. ;)

I'd rather have more arrows in the air, and more flexible gear. It's not like you'll 1 hit KO them with a WF anyway.
