Facets affect traps?

Rofl..... ^^ this comment made my day. You wouldn't believe the number of times I heard similar comments when trying to trade for "godly" trapping gear and then, they were trying to trade some +3traps claws socketed with 5/-5 light facets or +3traps helm socketed with such and asking a ridiculus amount for them.
That or the fact that trap laying is based on ias and not fcr:laugh:

A little explanation for squiggle, the % damage and - res on facets aren't counted for traps as the game counts traps as minions. Better to ask here than to propagate misinformation, besides we all have our moments in which we're not quite sure of something. :wink:

the LCS strikes again!
afaik: the LCS hasn't been updated since LoD came out. it will calculate in the +%damage mod on your char screen, but not when it comes to actually calculating damage dealt out to an opponent. theres a looong and involved thread by various .mpq trawlers that proved this somewhere.
