    Exclusive JW Interview @ Gamescom

Yesterday JW gave this 30 minute interview to indiablo.de and a polish diablo site:

    Part1: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dgf__G5jnEE
    Part2: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N9G9wWK7Ttg

    Source: http://diablo3.ingame.de/kommentare.php?newsid=105031

    Some points:
    - PVP Information to be announced in the not too distant future (possible BlizzCon?)
    - SetItems are being designed right now
    - JW considers BossFights to rather be like in Zelda than in WoW
    - Some information about the Wizard's new Resource System (Arcane Power)
    - Adria from Diablo1 is coming back as a fairly significant character
    - No information about the 'Talisman'.....soon(!) but not yet
    - Possibility to dye clothing like armor (~15 different colors!)
    - Achievements

Pfft, some? He basically laid out everything about everything.

So Monk's system is basically a hybrid between Barbarian's Fury and the Assassin's charge up system. Doing combo moves builds up Spirit which can be used for other skills.

Wizard's old Instability is as blunt as people theorized it to be. Too bad it didn't work out, Arcane Power seems very workable but a bit uninspired.

There's another interview with Jay Wilson by Gamona.de:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4pWMxY3hCSw

    Some of the points:
    - Story is linear rather than branching
    - Up to 10min of game time between waypoints
    - Scrolls of wealth allow the player to sell items anywhere
