as long as enough people, the 1st person online makes etf111//111 and goes. its a race so if u start late you fall behind, bear in mind 2 hours behind is around 20 lvls and 2 acts

(well if Im 1st I will probably wait 5mins to get around 5 of us going otherwise here is a lvl discrepancy that could get tricky later on)
