[EU] LLD Guidelines question

different LLD rules depending on realm..
so just want to know and get some clear idea on rules on LLD for europe ladder.

Thing that I wanted to know are..

1) LV restriction for charaters. Casters, melee. Have different restriction or same?
2) Anything that's considered bm, or a thread/site that explains this. (i could guess bone prison and slow by x% would be bm..but wta about others..?)
3) dueler registry for LLD specifically? I kinda cleared all my high lv equip now except for base for new auradin.

i think "LLD" is too short of a term to search i've been having trouble searching for 4 letter or less words. i've even searched for a word in a post on the front page of a forum and it didnt find it.

Some communities might allow certain underpowered builds to gain more levels, but for overall playing most agree to keep their chars the same level.

As for levels: 9, 12, 15, 18, 29, 30, 35, 49 are all existant level ranges. The biggest controversy lieing between 29/30. Both are existant on europe. Most European "leagues" tends to be lvl 29 however, but (although most of the ppl from etf made their's lvl 30) On the other realms 30 is standard. However level 30s are pretty common on Europe aswell, maybe more so than 29s.

Most rules regarding bm/gm are the same as overall hld, extra notice might be given to the fact that regen builds are more of a trouble at these levels than at high levels due to the lower dmg output in this range. Just don't run away just to replenish, noone likes that!

Another issue is whether hell rushing should be allowed or not, some thinks that only the stat/skill/potion quests in normal are acceptable while others thinks llds should be as powerful as possible thus allowing those quest to be done in nm and hell aswell.

Rulesets might be different depending on factors as if you prefer friendly 1v1, premade leagues or public games.

Well, community most often means competing forums, and I don't think I can advertise such a place. As I mentioned many of us from the etf has level 30s, guess you can ask in out OT thread if anyone is up for some friendly duels. Else I guess there should be some lld channel... but I don't know the name of it anyway. In various duel games on norm difficulty you can often get to meet llds of all levels. And ofc some who happens to think everything below 90 qualifies as low and hostiles all the lvl 9s...

there's a lot of ppl on east both L and NL. i hear west is mostly NL guys with a smattering of L. there's a few crossover guys too (i temporarily had an 18 kicker on west L, myself). have you given any thought to switching realms? i know it's a pain but ive met a ton of serious llders in pubs on east L.

i think a registery is a cool enough idea. there's a high dueler registry.

Well, me, Rabbitz, Ekorren, and TheBe have made lvl 30 chars recently. Rabby also plays a lvl 18 charger.

Best place for us would probably be the ETF channel "public chat etf".

It is not a pvp channel so you are by no means guaranteed to meet us or anyone else interested in duels at a given time :wink:

IIRC Jakotako is working on/has made a lvl 30 ww barb as well. I am quite sure there are more people from the forum involved in lld as you can tell it from their posts.

If there is enough interest I am quite we could create a dedicated LLD registry, you might be forced to beg hard or bribe us though :hide:

@below your dueler registry entry has already been moved to the East registry thread. if there is more interest we will have a LLD registry.

@ everyone - please do not turn this thread into "do we need a lld registry thread" - instead PM us (the mods) if you think we need one :thumbsup:

i just made a pathetically small post in the dueler registry. if you made a dedicated lld registry i'd be all on top of that as i have 7 geared llds ready and able at the more popular levels (9, 18, 30). i've started considering my next one as well as where the hell i'm going to put it in my accounts.

maybe I will change realms but to west. I know people on west realm to help me out. I believe LLd is popular as well in west too (just to get some stuffs will be only prob )
