Eternal argue: max life or max block?

Yo all. Im thinking of making a druid, hope a good 1, but i have some ideas and i wanna discuss them.

How do u think, what will be better 4 a vs-all druid - max life or max block with storm? ( yes, storm, not a whistans ).
I've calculated and got the following results: ( at lvl 90 )
1) with max block i'll have ~ 5.4k life ( oak + bo + life skillers + life sc's )
2) with nearly 45 block i can reach ~6 maybe 6.2k life

So what is the main idea? I just want to hear from ppl who have tried the both types and know their good and bad points :)
Also any comments will be valuable :D

This has been debated and debated over ... and I think me and a few others finally got many to convert into saying that max block is the best way for a pvp windy. And if you are a melee char you max block is probably essential if vs. all since w/o it you wont stand a chance vs. melee characters.

getting hit 75% time less is actually like getting 300% extra health

Oh and doesn't increasing dex help you hit? and what about the defence increase? Blocking is a key to most builds especially melee builds. no block is possible to play PvM with a melee build but in PvP I imagine no block would not do well at all.

I say block is much better than life.

lets say u are dueling a zealot and he attacks 20 times and dose 7k
7k after pvp = 1166
1166 after max dr= 583
so 20 x 583 = 11660 damage
I doubt u could get that much life

with max block
he attacks 20 times
hits 5
misses 15
so 5 x 583 = 2915 damage
most druids can get over 2.9k life

with max block his chance to hit u is 25%
he missed 75%

only time where u don't need block is on a caster like a nerco or hammerin cuz shields won't do anything unless u got some magic reduced or ed jewels
