I'm having weird formatting problems. Is anyone else experiencing it with spoiler tabs, bolds, or possibly tables?

Upon editing my posts, Spoiler tabs are being inserted for no reason. Similarly, Bold formatting is not just affecting the one word, but paragraphs, [enter]s and whole sections of text.
