Well, over here in CA we call anything that is "big" or anything that is loaded with proper chili "Texas style". Marketing here thinks that if it's big, it's from TX for whatever reason. Probably from the perception that the only thing worth doing in TX is BBQ, Drinking and Sex (confirmed by one of my ex-roommates, she said life there was so boring that if you weren't at a BBQ, then you were either drinking or ****ing or all of the above... lol crazy woman!)
