    Enhanced damage jewel in armor?

Just found a 36% ED jewel with some cold damage, how would this work on an armor? Exactly the same way as if placed in my weapon?

No, off-weapon ED is counted the same way as skill-based ED.

So..say, what will the effect be of this in an armor on a pure LF zon? Just add to the base physical damage of my titans, or lightning dmg aswell?
    Still a bit confused here

"enhanced damage" always means physical damage.

So it's better in armor ? This way all your weapons will get the %ed.
In a weapon, only the socketed weapon will have the %ed right ?

ED from skills is *normally*not as good as ED on the weapon.

Say you ahve a weapon with 100damage (with no ED on it to start with), and +100ED from skills.

Put 40%ED jewel in weapon and your weapon does 140 damage which is then multiplied by your 100ED skills to give 280 Damage.

Put 40%ED Jewel in Armor and your weapon does 100 damage which is then multiplied by 140ED from skills to give 240 Damage.

In cases where you have low ED from skills and a weapon has large damage already from Magic %ED bonuses it might be better to put it in your armor.
