Elite Eight V2.0 making up for lost time
whew, a lot of fun tonight guys thanks to all. I may do a writeup over the weekend but truthfully there's not a lot of details to include as we really began to pick up the pace :scratch: No close calls (except for poison) no deaths (except mercs) and all problems I had groupwise were eliminated tonight. One thing we need to start doing is check with the group before selling stuff, I think (Tron?) had to buy back three things from the vender that others had sold :lol:
My best finds so far consist of my serpents wand of the sorcery which I finally broke down and bought in order to relieve my mana problems, (not used to games where mana potions disappear the moment they hit the ground), along with my shiny stealth studded leather which Ben kindly made for me. I'll be shopping for a staff before Monday to make leaf as Ben also picked up a ral on Wed.
We saw our first two uniques drop on Weds night on the way to making Andy pay for the lag we all experienced on Monday night, as Leadcrow and Skewer of Krintiz dropped within two rooms of each other. Andy then proceeded to drop Hsarus' Iron Heel. Thurs. another Leadcrow dropped along with Civerb's shield in the maggot lair and lost city respectively. All in all we're having better luck then v.1.0 drop wise while progressing a little slower, though after tonight I have a feeling that will be changing as tonight was the first true taste of our teams power. Weed's charged bolts are wreaking havoc on its own and chain lighting will soon be replacing it. Army and Ben continue to smash things, while Tron and my crisscrossing firewalls are cool to watch, though his overshadows mine by about 5 lvls. Ended up around lvl 22 hanging out in town at the begining of act three, though we did retreive the golden bird.
Still no apperence by Reformed, though he keeps stopping in these threads, we miss you, but really need to know if your in or out. Try to let us know this weekend.
Can't wait till Monday, Valor's return, and Trons revenge on those who killed his (pally?) in 1.0.
