Elite 8 may be taking new applicants

The Elite 8 group has lately been more the fab 4 or 5 group with a couple people conistently no showing. We have a solid core but cannot seem to get 8 people there. We have one meetign tonight as a last effort to g et the regulars there, but this thread is to see if people are interested in catching up to us this weekend and starting with us next week. We are in act3 norm and around lvl 25. Lvls are as important as getting to act 3 though as you will catch up there.

Our group has the theme "Wrath of Elements". We currently have 3 sorcys (fire, cold, LIght) and an assassin. We have 1 guy coming back from vacation on monday that will make 5 if he shows, but I cant remember what char he is. We need an avenger for 1 character and we were hoping for a wind druid to keep with the theme.

The group plays on M-W-Th nights at 10pm est on east and in totally untwinked. We dont use MH or any other hacks and just rely on group play to get to where we need to go. If anyone is interested, post on here and we will let everyone know tonight what the exact openings are as this is the last chance for current players to decide to show up. This group is a lot of fun and with the makeup of characters, we will really begin to mow things down in a few levels. If you are interested, please make sure you can make the meetings most of the time before you get our hopes up :thumbsup:

Hey guys, sorry about the no-showing on my part. I told weed when he first asked me that it would be hard for me to keep up with the schedules. Lately my gf and I have been camping and I've been spending time with her (unfortunately usually away from internet access). This is on top of school issues keeping me busy.

I told my little brother that he can play my pally for the group. He even told me last night that he talked to one of you guys and was going to do so, but I guess that fell through. Remind me if I ever try this again to make the char on an empty account, then I could just share the pw with you all and if I couldn't make it, someone else could just take my char.

I wish I could say I forsee some point when I could be reliably online again, but my gf doesn't seem to like me playing Diablo, and my grades agree. My play will be limited, and probably at very odd hours, meaning sticking to schedules just isn't a viable option at this point. Good luck though on continuing the team.

well, last night went well up until the end. We found valar again so we were back up to 5 so we continued on. We took care of Mephy pretty easilky and continued through izzy and on to big D skipping the lame forges to do on our own. We went through chaos without many problems, just drinking lots and lots of mana pots.

The problem came as throughout the night we were getting a few bad lag spikes, uwards of 2.5 K ping. Well, Tron had one just as we were finishing off D and he died:( We are hoping he can catch up this weekend as we dont play again till monday, but he is leaving for a couple days.


@Tron --When you get back look me up and I will try to catch you up.

@ EVeryone else- We really could use a couple more people. We get MArquis back monday, but 5 (6 if tron comes back) really isnt enough to go all the way through nm and hell, as if someone dies, they will be too far behind to catch up. An avenger would be of a great great help. The theme of the group is wrath of elements, so something using an elemental attack other than a sorc (we have 3, fire, lightn, cold) would be terrific.

What lvl you guys at currently, as I'll be back :howdy: with my windy druid on Monday and I want to lvl him up this weekend.

hey marquis great to see you again...most of the group is lvl 27 I think, I am a bit behind at 25 or so, but you can shoot for that area. We just finished D, but can go back and helpyou catch up if need be. We took down D quite easily, other than Trons lag
