[East sc New Ladder] Lets make an adventuring party!

The group: Preferably a group with some synergy and speed, I'm really only looking for 5 people (including me) tops, it means good exp and killing speed without it getting crowded. I plan on making a throwing or singer barb (singer most likely) so we've got BC+BO covered but it couldn't hurt to have a barb with shout.
The goal: To get up to the top teirs of the ladder and stay there. I'm looking for some people that are willing to power game their way through this, I'm hoping to be starting normal baal runs in 4 hours or less.
The time: Please, make yourself available the afternoon/night of the reset (IIRC it's on monday) so we can start as soon as possible.

I'll bring a shockwave/fireclaws bear, that should be plenty of support/firepower for an untwinked party. Also, I'd like to call dibs on all the shaels we should find. :grin:

As I was saying in channel, there's more people interested then I was looking to have in a game so it's looking like we'll need to split into groups. I'm not going to finalize anything untill sunday night (around 8pm est) so we'll see who's still interested then.

I'd be interested in joining. I'm busy roughly 3pm to 9:30pm EST Monday to Friday, although I might be available earlier or later depending on when I finish work. After that point I'm free pretty much all night (well until 3 AM or so) and during the day.

I'm planning on making a party friendly Paladin. A Conviction Charger with High/Maxed Prayer and carrying an Insight Pole/Staff. All I'd want are the runes to make insight and Some Sols/PDR to add to the effect of prayer in keeping me alive.

Well, as far as items go I can't guarentee anything. I'm going to be on the look out for Hel + Amn + Nef to make a myth for my barb if I make a singer or Shael + Thul + Amn if I make a thrower.

Just keep in mind that there are allready rules for drops in baal runs and most of us will be after the same items anyway. What I imagine for this is getting up to the exp runs as fast as possible so we can get some high levels and help out other people on dii.net. I don't expect that we'll be the first into hell or the first people with level 99 chars (hell if I'll ever make a level 99).

So long as people don't act like greedy tards we should be okay. I'm thinking that since each game will need a "team captain" of sorts it would be best if he got all drops and delegated from there. Again, nothing is final untill sunday and I expect most of this will happen on the fly.

im definatly down.... happen to that whole week off so ill be playing A LOT

i wanna make a blizzer
was hoping to join with a frenzy barb(BO)/hdin(CONC)/summon nec(AMP) and whoever else wants in

dont maker a thrower...... such slow kills/weak in a high player game
nor a prayer pally...... thats what health/mana pots are for, we can get insight on a merc

I've made (mostly) untwinked throwers in single player. Think of them as bowazons that trade off a bit of dps for the ability to tank.

ooo me me Lite sorc here...even if we have mroe than 8ppl, what are the chances of all of us on at the same time? Plus I leave monday and won't be back till the 5th.

Ya, i'd like to get in too but i'll talk with you more about it this weekend on the channel. I'm mainly interested in just leveling up one main character so i can also help others out that switch to the new ladder a little later.

I'm up for it. I was either going to do Blizz sorc, Fireball sorc, or a summon nec.

Looks like it might be a Fireball sorc.

Then again a Blizz/Melee sorc sounds cool...
