not quite the find that red_devil got :thumbsup: , though i was still happy with it as pindle has finally started dropping for me. I was just wondering if its got enough damage to make a bowzon of any type as i hear theyve been nerfed :rant: i would probably go for a frozen arrow// multi shot, or if strafes good maybe that.

Bowazons are not in the least underpowered, however I haven't ever used an Eaglehorn except on a Rogue merc, as my FrostMaiden is very attatched to her Shaeled and upgraded Lycander's Aim.

I imagine an Eaglehorn would be useful on a Strafer if you can get a good amount of IAS and some crushing blow/open wounds.

There is an thread in amazon basin compare what bow is best next to WF, and I think people agree that eaglehorn is good for hybrid due to its ITD, and hybrid lack the 400+ dex bowzons usually have endgame. But for a pure bowzon, other options such as upped lycander, goldstrike arch, wws, riphook are much better.

Honestly after using Windforce, it can't be beat on a strafer. Eaglehorn is nice and all, but the damage is lacking.

If you have a backup skill, it should do well, just don't expect going anything above /players 1 in hell.

no knockback
no deadstrike
no open wound
no leach
no ias
no magic damages

hi m8.. ive had incredible luck with bows.. last week i got lycanders aim on a giveaway and since then ive got 2 myself.. i think its a better bow than eaglehorn.. better damage, better + skills, mana leach, +20 life and energy.. and whats more lower level requirement..

so if you want PM me and i can give one lycander's for free..
