    dual bonuses?

    Heu.
If you're using say both bartuc and firelizard, does the 15% ias on firelizard work with bartuc as well or is it only on firelizard?

For the elemental fof/cot/boi/dc, only IAS on your primary claw will be counted, and it will increase the attack speed of the entire animation.

For standard attack, IAS on each claw only benefits that specific claw... however, chances are you won't be using standard attack much.

What about Tiger Strike, Cobra Strike or Phoenix Strike? How will you calculate the IAS then when you dualwield claws?

Only IAS on the primary claw (and offweapon) counts.

For Assassins using IAS dependent attacks, the only exceptions to this rule are Normal Attack and Whirlwind.
