DTalon is the best??

I'm fairly new with the ol' Assassin, and I've been asking around about the 'best' finisher. It's a tossup between Talon and Tail, it would seem. I'm having huge success with DTail, and I can't see how Dtalon is where it's at. I know I'm prbaby over(Or under)looking some aspect I don't know about yet, though...

DTalon is rarely used for a finisher because only the first kick will release the charges and the other one will be normal dmg.

Or is DTalon just really good for PvP?

DTalon is pretty good for LLD but I haven't seen that many High Level Kickers that are PvP
DTail is mostly PvM

I've actually had alot of success in pvp vs casters with dtalon/dflight. Just need a decent weapon, azurewrath works very well.
