Dream RW question

I got a question for those who have experience in Dreamer Paladin.
I am thinking about building a Zeal paladin using Beast (for fanat) and have Dream helm/shield with Lightning resist maxed and use maxed Conviction to deal with Physical Immune. Question is, "Does the lvl 30 Holy Shock with above synergy and aura can actually kill monsters(Non-Lightning Immune, obviousley) in Hell difficulty?"

Another option on Fanat is to use faith Merc and use better damage weapon.

Thanks in advance for any advice

Yes. A fully synergized Holy Shock aura pulse is enough to do noticeable (as in you can actually see their life bar going down) damage to Hell monsters. However, it wouldn't be worth it to just run around waiting for stuff to die from the pulses.

I have a Dreamer that I mostly use for mfing in the pits. Fallen and Quillrats outside are often killed in a pulse or two while bosses and champion often die in less than a second of zealing. Conviction breaks most immunities, but for those Lightning enchanted ones that it can't break i commonly switch to Salvation and start hacking, most often it goes reasonably quick and safe from the OW/Venom and my rather low physical dmg, but high attack speed.

Personally I use 4fpa Zeal with conviction as main aura and a Crescent Moon Phase Blade. To hit last Zeal bp I currently use Treachery Armor and Laying Of Hands.

The real killing occurres when you start hitting them with a weapon.

treachery has ctc fade which grants bonus resists.
Exactly, when fade kicks in it gives +60 res, which boosts my resists up to 75/75/85/75. Without it my res ain't all that good since for example my dream helm had a roll of 5% res

Wow, thats what we call bad luck.

Is it very difficult to get 4fpa without using Treachery?

The great thing about Dream is you dont even have to use weapons, you can punch and still have 4K or more damage, just punch-zeal

With Phase Blade you need to reach 72% IAS, Crescent Moon gives 20% in itself, that leaves 52% to cover by other gear. If you wear 20%IAS gloves and 20%IAS Amulet and Nosferatus belt that would still only make for total Ias 70% so some ias from armor is needed.

But with a Faith merc (even if Faith is antiperfect) the Ias from the Crescent Moon itself is enough, leaving all spots open for whatever goodies you want to use...
