Dream/Hunger Question

If I am using hunger as a skill with my bear, does the minus 75% damage apply to all damage or just physical. For instance if I have dual dreams on my bear, will the holy shock damage be reduced, or just the physical part of my attack. Just wondering what the possibility is for that.

Just Physical. And don't use Dual Dreams on a Druid. just... no.

ok, can you explain why not using dual dreams, I am specificly not looking to do max block. I would appreciate your input

Without a Synergy your damage will be absolutely horrid. Pallys can get away with it because of Resist Light and Convict. Sorcs have Light Mastery. Druids have no such damage amplifier and are thus stuck with two crappy damage auras that'll attract every monster in the hemisphere to your location.

The dual dreams would work... and youcould make a pretty sick build with it but it'd be tough with monster light resists... pretty much dilutes the damage down to like nothing. You could go something like:

Dream Helm
Dream shield
Stormlash (33%cb, 25% ctc static shock, 6-7 fpa hunger, +1-470 light damage, ctc lvl 18 tornado)
20/-20% light damage Archon Plate/mod (probably the only way to make build work sry)

THen just stash a few shaper/mods and lots of AR/Resists... lots of resists lol, 'cause your resists would suck MEGA.

I'm thinking, since it works the same with fire... that the -20% enemy light will dramatically help the holy lightning damage/static shock effectiveness... otherwise with -0% they both just get severely nerfed... especially with monster heal too. It sounds like a really cool idea though, it'd be fun to see something like that so worth trying imo. :thumbsup: Another good option would be azurewrath, but that'd be more defensive based build... plus wouldn't go with your build as much as stormlash imo, a proven hunger weap.

You should carry cressent moon for the -35% to light resists and your merc should hav einfinity
