Dragon Talon IAS bp's and gear questions

Ok.. if u follow the tables for dtalon it says that you need 46ias w/ a -30wsm claw to get a 7frame initial kick. I typically use a fury runic on my primary slot so 40 ias there. I also have a 15ias jewel in my hat. 55ias total, so i should be good right. Well if I run BoS, my initial kick seems alot faster. I thought a 7frame initial kick was about the best you could do, or am i totally off on this one. I noticed in speederlanders guide, he recommends using 2ias jewels w/ a runic fury and runic chaos to hit 7/3 kicks. So he's saying use 70 ias? I guess if anyone knows what's best set up for hitting fastest kicks while using fade, it would be very helpful? Are there some more clear tables or does it run similar to a norm attack?

If you read speederlanders guide a little more carefully, you'll see that you need 63 IAS when you use a Jade Talon as secondary claw for max trap laying speed. You would need 68% IAS for max kick speed, but you give up a frame when using Jades (unless you give up WW).

It could just be a optical illusion and because your sin is doing everything else faster, the first kick seems faster. I know I have been victim to beleiving this when dueling with my sin. In fact, sometimes I try turning on BoS and running down characters which I really shouldn't just because the speed gives me that mind-set. The kick may not be faster, but it appears faster because you can move so fast.

Also if you have an offhand claw you need to take that into consideration. The wsm will be the average of the 2 claws. If it is a slower claw you may not be hitting that bp and are hitting it when you are using BoS
