does the % on bonuses go up more if the skill does more damage.

i was wondering does the % on bonuses go up more if the skill does more damage. for example if a skill does 50 damage and a bonus gave it 10% damage it would do 60 damg but is the skill did 200 damage would is go to 210 or 300 DMG?
