I bet yes. However that +5% fire damage will be added as a mastery, so the improvement won't be so great.

When you enchant someone, your Fire Mastery counts for final fire damage transterred. But I don't know if when you enchant someone you transfer your fire mastery to enchanted char, meaning that it will enhance other fire sources as Holy Fire or fire charms or you only transfer fire damage from your Enchant skill (enhanced by your mastery, obviously). Anyone knows it?

No it won't add masteries to their other skills.

When you enchant someone you are adding an amount of fire damage to their weapon. Hence you are enchanting their weapon with an amount of fire damage since it is your fire skill that is doing the enchanting your fire mastery and +% fire from items is added to the damage enchanted on the char. The +% fire damage will be added the -% can not be added or accounted. The +% fire damage will not effect any other fire damage they may have on their attacks just the damage amount being added due to the enchant.

This is why enchantress' gets larger damage from the enchant skill they get to reapply their fire mastery because they are now using an attack with fire damage.
