Does +poison dmg% affects poison damage from sc?

Hi all, just want to ask if +poison damage% affects the poison damage given from small charms?

for example if i have a 100 poison damage small charm, would a 50% bramble boost it to 150 poison damage?

Only when used with a melee attack.
