cause damn, i was putting into multi and i have a lot of +skills, but my arrow amount is stuck at 24 arrows. im thinking i just wasted a lot of skills

It would appear that yes you have wasted skill points because it does cap out at 24.

This must be new to 1.10 because on Asia in 1.09 we had 'Bug Rings' that gave +28 to Bow Skills and I can tell you that a lvl 76 Multishot used to fill the screen in a big way.

Yes Multishot is capped in 1.10
