    Does Lightning Stun?

Cold has a slowing effect, Fire and Poison do not stun, but does Lightning Damage stun monsters and other players (slower hit recovery frames)?

No, unless you do enough damage to them, in which case all attacks (except poison) stuns.

Any attack will stun as long as you do X% of the monster's life (IIRC, it's 1/12 of their life, or 8.33%). It's pretty much impossible to stun with poison...I'm not sure if it works or not, but if you're doing 1/12 of the monster's life in damage per frame with poison...it's gonna kill them before they can be stunned...

    EDIT: That (---^) includes Fire...

    Stun? No. Hit-recovery? Yes.

Does the 1/12 apply to players?

When monsters take off enough of your health in one hit, they will send you into hit recovery as well.

    Can bosses be stunned?

Also on a side note, it seems that 1200 base life is "optimal" because the average damage Hell monsters do is 100 (Although it can range from anywhere from 30 to 300 very rough estimation). So, as long as you have a tiny bit more life you should be fine. Add a Battle Command and Battle Order and you should be resilient.

Stunning and hit recovery are two different things. While you are stunned, all attacks will put you into hit recovery and not just those which deal at least 1/12 of your life. I'm not sure if that only includes physical attacks, else it would mean that you would be in hit recovery all the time if you are stunned and poisoned at the same time.

You are stunned if there are swirling stars above your head. Urdars can stun with their attacks IIRC.
