Does anyone have a chipped saphire for me?

1) If you ever need chipped gems try act 1 normal, the fallen camps to be specific.

2) Is one chipped sapphire *really* worth it's own thread? ;) Maybe things like that could go into the trade thread, no?

But the real question is whether chipped gem is actually worth a trade? :uhhuh: It probably would be better to go in the giveaway thread.

Dude, your asking for a chipped sapphire, if you honestly cant go in normal and find one, u shouldnt be playin d2

but if you ask in the trade thread, whcih is more active, people will just give you a spare if they have one (i personaly only pick up flawless and pefect), so trade thread will more likely get you one quicker.
but i still think finding 1 ingame is easiest. and going through act 1 norm killing everythign with ease boosts self-esteem...

As a result of Murphy's Law, it can be seen that if you are searching for a particular item you will not find it. In this case, a surfeit of chipped emeralds, topazes etc would be discovered, but not one chipped sapphire :)

And this belongs in neither the Trade nor Giveaway threads, since it's not really trade-worthy (need chipped gems, offer 1337 itamz!!!111...) and isn't a giveaway, it's a request - and an easily-enough fulfilled one.

We now return you to your regularly-scheduled thread.

That is a harsh statement, dude.
I did try to find one, but as Shade already explained, it is harder then you think.

Beginning my Werebear yesterday, through act 1 normal, half the chippies I found were skulls. Skulls have half the chance of other gems to drop, so go figure...

damn murpheys law. i was trying to get a prezzie for my dads birthday last week, looking for a book he wanted. couldnt find it anywhere so had to get him somehign else. 2 days ago i saw a big sand with them on, and at areduced price damnit!

Ssh, dammit, or you'll ruin my entire plan to take over the world with nuclear-equipped ant legions!

Curses, they're onto us... quick, we must depart to the Base of Evil! *vanishes in a puff of melodrama*

I don't blame Snake for not going to the trade thread since I ran countess alot and managed to cube a Zod, and a few extra good runes and was admentaly accused of being a dupe trader -_-'

You know that cubing a Zod from countess runes seems very very shady right? I mean, hell countess can drop up to what, Ist? And it takes 1024 Ist's to cube a Zod...

edit: sorry if I seemed harsh, but if what you say is all true, people have every right to be suspicious.

edit again: wtf does your zod have to do with giving away something as common as a chipped gem?

That he didn't go to the Trade forum. Too many um... ( insert cuss word ) people there.

Edit: I just didn't run her for Ists I upgraded here lower drops too. It helped.

are you talking about the trade thread here, or the trading forum? And most people agree that cubing up to a zod is extremely difficult. My estimate is that it'd probably take you 10000+ countess runs to cube up to a zod.
