Do I have to make these items?
I have been reading posts about PDR builds. I have seen blue amulets that have +19 resists and 20 PDR. I have seen armor and tiaras with 3-4open slots and they are called Jeweler's ****** and have massive PDR base on them. Where do I find these or do I have to make them?
My brother and I MF and I have around 400 and he has 500 and we run through games together and have never seen anything like these!
