do ctc/oskills work with +all skills?
lets say we have rift weapon with
20% Chance To Cast Level 16 Tornado On Striking
16% Chance To Cast Level 21 Frozen Orb On Attack
default ctc (chance to cast) mods.
assume character have anni (+1), shako (+2) and COH (+2).
so do the Rift weapon become
20% Chance To Cast Level 21 Tornado On Striking
16% Chance To Cast Level 26 Frozen Orb On Attack
after +skills? or become such but still seen as default values?
In a non-sorc class when we have a cold skiller grand charm in inventory will that increase frozen orb skill lvl in Rift? does this work in sorc?
i know +all skills work with oskills (teleport in enigma for example) but does it work with lite skiller gc (increase teleport skill lvl)?
i dont have rift or skillers to try so asking here.....
although Rift/Enigma are given for example, u may substitute it for any equipment that have ctc/oskill mods.
