Do ammy mods transfer?

So right now I have a skelemancer, doing prity good in Hell and whatsforth, and he's wearing the Seraph's Hymn amulet. My quesion is this, do the mods

+(25-50)% Damage to Demons
+(25-50)% Damage to Undead
+(150-250) to Attack Rating Against Demons
+(150-250) to Attack Rating against Undead

transfer into the damage delt by skelies, or is it just though a direct attack that the mods apply?

Other then arua/war crys/etc, i don't think that anything you wear can directly affect the skeletons other then + skills.

The only mods that transfer are Gold Find, Magic Find and your Clevel for determining the chance to hit for a Skellie.

The mods you described only worlk when you attack.
