Disapearing Rune Words - A Hoax?
Right, I dont want to fight anyone, I think its best if i start saying that.
But lets ask a few questions here-
Why does Rust Sotrms attacks seem to be random?
Im on Europe Non-Ladder and Ladder and havent lost anything yet. Considering the amout of runes words I have youd think something would have happened (I have not knowly traded for dupes and have only traded over the European Trading Forum - hopefully some of mine will survive - if this whole situation is true). So far reading the posts Ladder US West has been done over and so has US East HC... strange places at best have been hit so far. If Im wrong about where have been allegedly hit so far I dont mind being corrected, but still Europe remains untouched.
This then begs the question why would people say such things then. Well one reason is people like to brag about equip, so losing something you never had makes you look like you did have it and a little glory. Second the average honesty of lot of Diablo 2 players is... well lets face it poor at best (eg. How many ties you been public dueling and a sorc say my FB dam is 30k or a FoH pala say his dam is 10k, they say it and it dont make it true).
Now lets open another can of worms, why not other items. Am I to beleive that runes are all that have been duped laterly?
Personally Im in 2 minds at the moment, I dont know what to beleive. I dont want it to be true so I may be in denile about it and thats why Im thinking this way. Could some of the Vets of this site say anything on this matter? Yes I hold thir opinion higher.
