Difficulty Question

If you beat the game on normal, is there any way to join normal games again or are you completely locked out? I know you can still make a game in normal, but is can you join someone else's? How?

Once you beat the game on normal, you cannot see the normal games with that character, making another character that is still on normal will allow you to see that games are in normal then you can switch back to your other character to go to that normal game.

For that, it might be helpful to know that Control-C and Control-V work in the game name text entry field --- so you can copy&paste the game name. This also works across multiple D2 games --- I always use this to find normal/nightmare games, copy the name, and then just Alt-Tab over to the playchar and paste it.

yeah i wondered that before too, but my bf cleared it up for me. once you beat a difficulty setting, you can't see the games in that setting anymore, but you can go to another character to see the games in normal and then switch back to another high level character that's beaten it before and just remember the name of the room and you can go in
